Specified for UK homes
UK domestic wiring has its own characteristics, and most generic smart switch products on the wider market are built for North American or European installations. We focus on products that work in UK homes without compromise:
- No-neutral operation on every single-channel dimmer and switch we stock. UK switch positions usually don’t have a neutral wire (it runs directly to the lamp via the loop-in topology), and a no-neutral product wires onto the same two cores the original switch used.
- Trailing-edge MOSFET output stage on the dimmers we sell, which is what allows clean dimming of modern LED lamps without the buzz, flicker and inrush damage caused by older leading-edge TRIAC dimmers.
- 2-way and intermediate circuit support for hallway, staircase and large-room installations.
- Standard UK back-box fit on rotary dimmers and switch modules; inline modules sized for typical ceiling-rose installations.
- Tested against BS 7671:2018, the IET Wiring Regulations 18th Edition by which all UK electrical installation work is governed.

- RoHS compliant (Restriction of Hazardous Substances)

Working with the smart home community
We stock products that work with the platforms our customers actually use. The Zigbee range we sell is compatible with every major Zigbee 3.0 controller, including Home Assistant (ZHA and Zigbee2MQTT), Hubitat Elevation, Samsung SmartThings and the Tuya / Smart Life ecosystem. The Matter range adds native compatibility with Apple Home via HomePod Mini, HomePod 2nd gen, Apple TV 4K and other Thread border routers.
