Fast shipping, but the free shipping limit is quite high, I think. I think prices on the site should be shown inclusive of VAT also. It's very unusual to show ex VAT prices when you're selling to the general public.

Ordering was easy, once I figured out how to navigate the website. Delivery was pretty quick, although it was just by untracked Royal Mail, which is unusual these days for an order that was £125. I'd have preferred to be able to track my delivery and choose delivery options.

Would suggest on the website that the product categories are always accessible. Once you navigate into a particular section you lose track of where you are … breadcrumbs back to the top level of each category would be useful.
