The website can be a little slow at times. Would probably be better hosted in aws s3 or azure blob. Delivery was SUPER quick, really impressed!
Customer service and delivery were fine. But website is a bit glitchy and doesn't seem optimized for mobile.
Extremely easy to order. Was not in stock when originally wanted to order for signed up to be alerted once back in stock. 3 were ordered and quickly received. Had them up and running in about 5 minutes. Only suggestion would be to include a small piece of double sided tape to secure them to the wall or whichever place works best… Will buy from again and recommend.
I'm impressed with what appears to be a very professional and responsive company that is selling good products. I had a very fast and informative response when I asked a question and orders have been dispatched very quickly. I could also track my order which was reassuring.
The website is a bit poor and not the easiest to find what products you have available. I.e. it would be nice to be able to filter on ZigBee products as an example. I would recommend promoting which smart hubs your devices are compatible with and which drivers can be used from that platform. I.e. I'm using Hubitat and the switch and SM323s work very well once paired. Your customer service has a good turn around time when logging an enquiry. Great!
