Will these knobs fit standard UK dimmers?

Yes. The knobs also fit most standard UK dimmer switches with a 4.5mm D-shaft size. If your existing dimmer has the standard 4.5mm D-shaft, these knobs will be a direct replacement.

How do I install a replacement dimmer knob?

Switch off the mains supply at the consumer unit before any work. Pull the existing knob straight off the shaft (it’s a friction fit), then push the new knob onto the 4.5mm D-shaft. Restore mains supply and test operation.
