Both are Samotech Zigbee Temperature & Humidity sensors. The SM316-MINI has a built-in LCD display for at-a-glance readings on the device itself; the ZTH101 reports readings only to your hub/app. Choose the SM316-MINI if you want local visibility, the ZTH101 if you only need remote monitoring.
