    The Samotech team went above and beyond for me with this purchase: I’m from Australia and had been looking all over for a ZigBee pull cord dimmer and decided to buy this unit. It turns out the shipping was considerably more than the switch itself, so I left a question asking if there’s any other shipping options. Then, given the wait for stock and the time difference I decided to purchase it anyway.

    Imagine my surprise when the samotech team got back to me after the unit had shipped with a partial refund as they had found a cheaper shipping method. You really can’t beat that sort of customer service.

    Oh – and the switch is perfect. Exactly what I was looking for, easy set up and operation. Nice premium feeling weighted handle. Thanks team.
